How We Fulfill Orders

2. Shipping Charges
A standard shipping charge of $6.99 USD applies to each eligible order unless a different rate or free-shipping promotion is displayed during checkout.
The final shipping amount will be shown before payment is completed.

5. Multiple-Parcel Deliveries

8. Order Changes and Cancellations
Because orders are prepared shortly after purchase, requests to cancel an order or change delivery information should be submitted within 12 hours of placing the order.

9. Damaged Deliveries
Please inspect the package and product shortly after arrival.
When an item arrives visibly damaged, contact us within 72 hours of delivery and provide:

- A description of the damage
- A clear photo of the outer packaging
- A photo of the shipping label
- Photos or video showing the damaged product
- Images of any broken or missing accessories
Keep the packaging and all included components until the request has been reviewed.
After verification, we may offer an appropriate solution such as a replacement, replacement part, or refund, depending on the nature of the issue and product availability.
Damage caused after delivery through misuse, improper voltage, incorrect assembly, modification, or unsuitable cleaning is not considered transit damage.
10. Packages Lost in Transit
A shipment is not considered lost simply because tracking has not updated for several days.
Before opening a lost-parcel request, please:
- Review the latest tracking information
- Check around the delivery location
- Ask household members or building staff
- Contact the local delivery carrier when possible
- Confirm that the shipping address was entered correctly
When the carrier formally confirms that a parcel was lost in transit, Slibenklinโข will review the case and may arrange a replacement or refund at no additional product cost.
Claims may be denied when tracking confirms successful delivery to the address supplied at checkout, unless additional evidence supports a delivery error.
11. Delivered but Not Located
When tracking shows a parcel as delivered but it cannot be found, please wait until the end of the delivery day, as some carriers scan packages shortly before completing delivery.
Also check:
- Front, side, and rear entrances
- Mailrooms and parcel lockers
- Reception or building management
- Neighbors or other household members
- Any safe location used by the carrier
If the parcel remains missing, contact the carrier first and then email service@slbnkln.com with the order number and any available case reference.
We will assist with a reasonable review, but we cannot guarantee reimbursement for theft or disappearance after a carrier has confirmed correct delivery.
12. Failed, Refused, or Unclaimed Deliveries
A parcel may be returned to the sender because of:
- An incorrect or incomplete address
- Repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts
- Failure to collect the parcel
- Refusal of delivery
- Unpaid customs charges
- Import restrictions
- An unavailable recipient
After the parcel reaches the designated return facility, we will review the order.
Where permitted, shipping costs, return fees, customs charges, or carrier handling expenses may be deducted from the refund if the failed delivery resulted from customer-provided information or refusal.
Original shipping charges may not be refundable.
13. Delivery Restrictions
